The business is growing; unfortunately, we have little time to respond to everyone. We all have personal lives and do our best to be as transparent as possible.

Service Policy:

  • Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. If you are difficult to satisfy or excessively demanding, we will issue a refund and will no longer accept orders from you.

  • Zero-Tolerance Policy for Reselling: We strictly prohibit selling our replicas as authentic items. If you are found reselling replicas as real, you will be banned from making any future purchases.

Customer Communication:

  • Contact Information: For customer service inquiries, please reach out through email or Discord. Instagram is used for updates only and is not a direct line for communication. Nebie is not obligated to respond to direct messages on Instagram.

  • Updates: We post updates regularly on Instagram and Discord. While we encourage you to follow these platforms for the latest information, important updates affecting your order, such as delays or changes, will also be sent via email to the contact information provided at checkout.

Order and Production Information:

  • Pre-Order / Made-to-Order Sales: All sales are pre-order or made-to-order unless otherwise stated. Due to high order volume, the wait time is typically 1–6 months. If delays beyond this timeframe occur, we will notify you via email, and you will have the option to cancel your order for a full refund if desired.

  • Defects and Variations: All items are handmade and may have minor defects or variations. Major flaws regarding your garment, such as significant production errors, can be discussed via email or Discord for resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the issue.

  • Pricing and Wait Time: Our prices are kept lower than most streetwear brands by buying blanks in bulk, which may extend wait times. Garments typically take 2–3 weeks to ship. While we do not provide constant personal updates, we will contact you directly if there is an issue requiring your attention.

  • Prints: All prints are either 3D puff print or DTF (direct-to-fabric) unless otherwise stated.

  • Blanks: The specified garment blanks are subject to change without notice due to availability. All hoodies are printed on Independent SS4500, Gildan Heavyweight, Independent N4000, or Port and Company blanks. T-shirts are printed on All Style, Hanes Beefy, or Gildan Heavyweight blanks. (Note: SS4500 blanks have been on backorder all year and may be difficult to source.)

  • Tags: Tags are to be considered a bonus unless it is specifically stated on the items page.

Return and Cancellation Policy:

  • Return Policy: If you are unhappy with your item, you may request to return it. All return requests are subject to review and approval. If approved, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If a replacement is agreed upon, the original wait time may apply. Refunds or replacements for items with significant defects will also be handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • Order Modifications and Cancellations: If you cancel an order, a restocking fee will apply to help keep costs low for customers. The specific restocking fee amount will be disclosed at the time of cancellation. Modifications to orders may slow down your wait time and are not guaranteed to be accepted.
